General Time Estimates*

• Homes that are less than 1000 square feet will take approximately 1.5 hours
• Homes around 1500 square feet will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours
• Homes around 2500 square feet will take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours
• Homes around 3500 square feet will take approximately 3.5 to 4 hours
• Homes larger than 3500 square feet will take at least 4 hours or more

*Hourly clients should note that the maid team will endeavor to complete all cleaning services within the time which you allot. In some cases, services may not be completed. Please note that time estimates vary depending on, but not limited to: actual size of home, condition of home, the number of people and pets that have lived in the home, and whether the home is still furnished or is completely empty.

Our move-in and move-out maid service plan includes the following:

• All flooring is swept, mopped or vacuumed
• All window sills and window ledges are wiped down
• All ceiling fans are dusted
• All baseboards are washed and dried
• All toilets, sinks, counters, tubs and showers are thoroughly wiped down, cleaned and disinfected
• All mirrors, fixtures and chrome are cleaned and shined
• We will clean your refrigerator inside and out
• We will clean your range or stovetop
• We will clean your oven inside and out
• We will clean your microwave inside and out
• We will dust and clean your pantry and all cabinetry
• All trash is disposed of, fresh trash bags put in place
• We will sweep the entryway to your home
