- Is the Lone Star Maids' Maid Service Guaranteed?

Lone Star Maids will stand behind every home and office that we clean. We are Austin's preferred maid service and our services are 100% Guaranteed. If we don't clean something to your satisfaction, contact us within 24-hours and we will return to make it right.
- How can I be sure that Lone Star Maids’ service will fit my requirements?

- Can we entrust the keys to our home to Lone Star Maids?

Yes, simply let us know that you'd like for us to keep your house key(s). We will assign a code to your key(s) and keep them in a lock box until your scheduled appointment.
- Do I have to be at home when you clean?

Only if you want to! We have found that most customers like for us to clean their homes while they are at work. We will simply need to know where we can find a copy of a key to your home; we will let ourselves in, clean, lock up and place the key in the location you specified.
Please don't forget to leave a key or provide us with access to your home for all scheduled appointments. If we are unable to enter you home, a $25 Lockout Fee will be assessed.
- Do I have to provide any cleaning supplies and equipment?

You don’t have to provide a dog gone thing. Your Lone Star Maid team will show up at your home with all of the professional cleaning equipment and supplies that they will need to do a top-notch job. Let’s say that you have a special something that you would like for us to use in your home, you can leave it out in the open for us to use when we get there and we’ll be happy to use it.
- Do I have to sign a contract with Lone Star Maids?

Absolutely not! We are confident that once you have experienced our high quality services, you will continue to come back to us again and again and we hope you will recommend us to your friends and loved ones. If for any reason you are not satisfied with us and we have done everything that we possibly can to give you the best possible customer experience and you are still not happy with us we want you to be completely free to walk away. No strings attached. No contracts!
- What is your Cancellation Policy?

We require a 24-Hour notice of cancellation. If you need to cancel or re-schedule on shorter notice, a $25 Re-scheduling Fee will be assessed.
- Can I get paid for referrals?

Yes you can! We will credit your account $10 for each customer you refer to our service immediately upon the receipt of their first order.
Maid Teams
- Who will actually be cleaning my home?

A uniformed, professional, courteous and eager to please team of Lone Star maids will be cleaning your home.
- Will the same team always come to my home to clean?

Usually the same team will be cleaning your home. However, illness or heavy work schedules might cause a different team to service your home. All Lone Star Maids team members are screened, trained, uniformed, insured and bonded. Please be assured that our supervised team approach of specialists maximizes efficiency and quality.
Payment
- Do I have to tip the maid team?

Tipping for exceptional service is appreciated, but is not required or expected.
- Do you have affordable prices?

Our prices are very reasonable. We are not the least expensive and we are not the most expensive. We would recommend that you compare prices and services before making a decision. We want you to feel good about having made an educated decision about your home-cleaning professionals.

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. If you need to cancel or re-schedule on shorter notice, a $25 Re-scheduling Fee will be assessed.
- Lockout Policy

Please leave a key or provide us with access to your home for all scheduled appointments. If we are unable to enter your home for any reason, a $25 Lockout Fee will be assessed.

We charge an additional $35 Service Fee for clients residing in our Secondary Service Area:

- What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and electronic check (also known as eCheck, Check by Phone).
If you are unable to meet with us during your cleaning and you would like to pay by personal check, we ask that you to leave payment on the kitchen counter. If you prefer to pay by credit card or electronic check, we will charge the credit card or bank account on file upon completion of services.
- Can I pay using my bank account?

Paying from your bank account lets you enjoy the financial freedom of a debt-free transaction, unlike credit cards. Paying from your bank account allows you to avoid credit card finance charges and unlike credit cards, your bank account won't expire.
Lone Star Maids benefits as well when customers pay using their bank accounts. When compared to credit cards, our costs are lower when customers pay directly from their bank accounts. As more customers pay directly from their bank accounts, we'll be able to pass along the savings to customers in the form of lower prices.
- Bank Account & Routing Numbers

In order to pay directly from your bank account, you'll need to provide us with your bank account number and bank routing number. You will find both of these numbers on the checks issued for your account.
Routing numbers are always 9 digits long. Account numbers may be up to 17 digits long. Some banks list the routing number first on the check, while other banks list the account number first. Below are examples of both types of checks:

- When do you charge my credit card or take payment from my bank account?

Service orders placed on LoneStarMaids.com will be charged immediately and automatically. Maid service orders placed via phone will be charged upon completion of services.
